The ‘DREAM’ project aims to empower ambitious middle-aged women with the concrete digital skills to start their own businesses through a multifaceted approach.The project is based on a user-centric learning method with a practical application in real-world examples, providing middle-aged women with the digital skills needed to run a competitive enterprise in the modern digital world.

Impact

The project ‘DREAM’ aims to empower ambitious middle-aged women with the concrete digital skills to start their own businesses through a multifaceted approach. The main results of the program are: 4 Focus groups. One tailored training curriculum with 6 modules, both theoretical and practical aspects. Training of learners for the practical immersion of middle-aged women in real-world scenarios. A crowdsourcing platform for networking and collaboration among middle-aged women.
