In the era of a disruptive digital transformation in healthcare, with >50M users of diet apps, dietitians are at the bottom of digital literacy. Dis4FooD brings together dietitians & food data specialists to co-create a novel training for the upskilling of food data skills & their applications among dietitians. Dis4FooD will increase dietitians’ employability by matching their skills to new patient needs, increasing their effectiveness & preparing them for careers in the tech & food industries.
