Objectives

-Co-design and test an innovative digital educational course regarding a variety of aspects around food -Develop scientific reflection on food topics -Equip students with the appropriate 7Cs and digital skills for their academic achievements and employability -Appraise the importance of combining general knowledge and vocational skills -Raise awareness on the One Health Approach -Enhance students' cultural awareness -Provide new insights and extra valuable conclusions for curriculum developers

Activities

Activities will be implemented in a blended learning -1 Kick-off meeting -Monthly virtual activities to ESEP/eTwinning platform -2 LTTAs in partner countries -Evaluation and reporting activities -Dissemination activities Activities will be implemented by using STEM, CLIL,IBSE approaches by conducting scientific research, selecting and evaluating digital sources, investigating disinformation and misinformation in articles, facing digital challenges and creating quality content using Technology.

Impact

Our collaborative working will result in: - A public Twinspace in the ESEP platform - A 3-module STEM digital training course with all material needed (lesson plan, worksheets, digital material, evaluation), examples of good practices and a student/teacher guide on how to implement it. - Statistical analysis of a research carried out in 3 countries regarding students eating behaviour and adherence to the Mediterranean Diet (initial, annual, final)
