The project's main goals include the facilitation of active youth participation in civic matters, allocation of resources, facilitation of meaningful relationships among young individuals and youth workers, and the provision of mentoring and resources to empower young leaders in the execution of their ideas. Ultimately, the project seeks to bolster the collective influence of young people in shaping their communities and tackling societal issues.
▶Activities
To achieve these objectives: - a comprehensive report on youths' interests, which will include national reports, best practices, and practical resources - a functional Speed Dating and Matching platform, with a manual of usage, training of staff members, online speed dating events, and projects' incubation. - a mentorship program including mapping of mentors, training sessions, and online events - the dissemination and visibility actions including planning, posts, videos, and multiplier events.

The primary objective of the "Youth Match Point" initiative is to facilitate the empowerment of young people, foster their active participation in civic affairs, and provide valuable information for decision-making processes within the European adolescent community.
