▶Objectives
As specified in the project application, the consortium has achieved the following objectives during the implementation phase: - Main objective: To improve the ability of employment counsellors to evaluate and apply AI tools in their daily work. - Specific Objective 1 (SO1): To understand the actual practical benefits which AI-driven tools can bring along the value chain of the employment support processes, and - Specific Objective 2 (SO2): To learn how to best implement AI-driven tools in the employment orientation services for the purpose of ultimately evaluating the contribution to improve employability, especially for people at risk of vulnerability. To facilitate the verification of the technical justification for the achievement of objectives and the production of results, we are sharing with SEPIE the following folder, which provides access to all the necessary documentation: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jLUPeB8ImT5TPxnhaWfoKM8vAWbzxvuT?usp=sharing Quality Indicators: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1X3NfpGSU3QZ3weF7ZTvcWaxA1VpY3hl9/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=109219675811161544885&rtpof=true&sd=true
▶Activities
During the project, the consortium has implemented the 4 ACTIVITIES described in the application, namely: A1: Project monitoring and dissemination A2: Mapping the key processes of employment counsellors' tasks A3: Online repository/wiki of the current AI tools applicable to employment counsellors' daily work A4: Training, testing phase and assessment framework Each of these activities focused on achieving the objectives outlined in the project application, ranging from the analysis of the daily challenges faced by employment professionals in NGOs, to the compilation of AI tools addressing those challenges, as well as training sessions, testing of AI tools, and dissemination of results through online channels and in-person events. During the Transnational Meetings, the consortium focused on management tasks to ensure the quality of the project results, while also strengthening cooperation among partners to continue developing a common approach on how digitalization can improve work processes within social organizations and, consequently, promote social and labor inclusion.
▶Impact
The results achieved through the implementation of the project activities are available on the AITEC website: https://www.aitec-project.com/ The specific main outcomes developed through meetings, transnational encounters, and asynchronous collaboration among partner organizations are as follows: - 1 Online repository featuring specific AI tools applicable to the daily tasks of employment counsellors: https://www.aitec-project.com/ai-tools - 1 Virtual national training on AI and the application of AI tools in the employment areas of the Third Sector. - Testing phase of the wiki, involving 20 employment counsellors. - 1 Assessment framework evaluating the added value of the tested AI tools. - 1 National event in Madrid (Spain) to promote interdisciplinary dialogue on the potential of AI applied to the social field. - 1 International virtual event, gathering key stakeholders to present the project results and open the discussion on the use of AI in the Third Sector.
