Our WOW-ME project aims to share innovative approaches for career guidance and training, including new digital tools, to empower women to enter the labor market, improve their employability, and create equal opportunities and access, especially for disadvantaged women and those with fewer opportunities. Through our online toolkit, we will enable trainers to empower female jobseekers in other regions and contexts as well, promoting diversity, inclusion, digital skills, and fairness across the EU.
