Highlands Community Manager: Professionals building community resilience and innovation in rural areas

HiCoMa The aim of the project is to develop a training course and toolkit for professionals (such as Anthropologists, Geographers, Agricultural experts and Planners) to become effective Community Managers for Rural Areas and Highlands. The course offers key competences and soft skills that allow them to more effectively propose and manage participatory processes between communities and the different stakeholders involved in the rural areas development.
