The partners wanted above all to improve the quality of support offered to young adults in exile by developing the skills of the tutors who support them. The aim was to strengthen their skills, provide clear guidelines and practical tools, and promote their often under-recognised role by awarding open badges at the end of the training trial. The project also aimed to structure and formalise a common framework of tutoring skills, shared between the partners, in order to provide a solid reference for training, experimentation and the recognition of acquired skills. Through the development of a curriculum, digital teaching resources and the Open Badges system, RENT sought to offer a flexible training programme that was accessible and adapted to the realities on the ground. We also aimed to create sustainable and transferable results at European level by providing a long-term digital platform and consolidating a transnational partnership that will continue to develop resources and results beyond the Erasmus+ funding period.
