Objectives

1. Highlight European insularity: showcase the unique characteristics and challenges of outermost island territories within Europe, and how our cultures and art can contribute to a more diverse and united Europe. Recognize our regions as spaces of cultural innovation and entrepreneurship within the European Union. 2. Foster cultural entrepreneurship: use art and culture as levers to encourage social entrepreneurship, drawing on the rich intangible cultural heritage of our territories. 3. Encourage interregional collaboration: create synergies between Madeira and Guadeloupe, as well as with other European regions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices. 4. Promote the digitization of heritage: showcase the stories and cultural heritage of Madeira and Guadeloupe through digital platforms, integrating them into a broader European perspective.
