▶Objectives
We wanted to identify ways of improving our training provision, taking into account the needs of workers, companies and beneficiaries, at the level of living and employment areas. We wanted to organise opportunities to share experiences, to analyse what already exists in the light of the issues and ideas identified at national level, to reconcile them and take them to European level, and to inspire everyone's actions. Our priorities were to initiate reflection within each partner organisation to develop the skills and knowledge needed to support the necessary changes in training models, taking into account national contexts and the diversity of the populations supported. The expected results were a renewed and enriched vision of its context for each partner, with the indicators of new questions, a new framework for analysis and innovation in the proposals with regard to the problems identified, the creation of new study programmes and a renewed reflection on the notion of social and professional trajectory.
