▶Objectives
With the RYSE project, we want to contribute to the employability of young people across countries by empowering them and raising awareness on the complexity of sustainable development and the interconnectedness of its environmental, social, and ecological aspects through fostering transformative knowledge exchange and educational activities. RYSE will improve the capacity of professionals working with YPEW and NEETS to integrate this in their accompaniment.
▶Activities
Young people entering the workforce will participate in a training and a workshop; they will draft micro-projects. The selected micro-projects will get technical and financial support. Young people will participate in transnational bootcamps, share their experience and assess their skills. Professionals will contribute in co-creating a toolkit. The dissemination of the results and capitalisation experience will also be conducted. Finally, the project will include multiplier events.
▶Impact
- young people's knowledge, skills and confidence in the field of GC&SD, project management and entrepreneurship are reinforced; - micro-projects are drafted and implemented by groups of young people; - innovative activities on GC&SD are broadly available for professionals working with YPEW and any organisation willing to implement or adapt these activities to their public; - organisations working with YPEW benefit from the project experience to implement more innovative training practices.
