▶Objectives
The project will empower deaf and hard of hearing youngsters with entrepreneurial skills and online educational resources for learning and developing skills for entrepreneurship and employment, will improve skills of youth workers for developing educational activities for empowering target groups' entrepreneurial skills; and will develop online learning depository for associations and individuals working with youngsters with communication obstacles, providing networking possibilities.
▶Activities
Activities include development of educational materials and tools for youth workers in form of curriculum, for youngsters in format of toolkit, educational workshops and national trainings for testing and applying the materials. 2 online learning courses for empowering entrepreneurial and employability skills of deaf and hard of hearing youth will be developed. Project will have online depository platform developed, 5 online campaigns, and final conference event resulting in creation of network.
▶Impact
Curriculum for youth workers, toolkit for educators, and 2 online courses for deaf and hard of hearing youngsters. Online depository platform will be main output of the project - hosting all of the outputs and additional educational resources. Raised awareness of professionals and dissemination of the developed outputs will be achieved through 5 online campaigns. Network will be final output of the project - and will be launched during the final project conference.
