▶Objectives
In the case of SMEs with 200-1000 employees operating in the service sector, attitude formation on the acceptance of employees' neurodiversity. The creation of working conditions that are better adapted to the needs of neurodivergent employees, so that their workplace performance improves, and they can provide higher performance, as well as being able to retain employees in the long term.
▶Activities
Development of a complex sensitization training package with competent specialists.Testing with the involvement of 200-1000 SMEs operating in the 4 Hungarian and 4 Portuguese service sectors belonging to the target group.We ask for feedback after the test.We measure the effects of the complex sensitization training package.During the dissemination activities, the involvement of additional SMEs, trainers and professionals, who pass them on as a multiplier and incorporate them into their own work.
▶Impact
In the case of the involved SMEs, we expect a change in the attitude of the management and the employees, so that they understand what the special needs of neurodivergent employees mean, to be able to provide higher quality performance for the employers.During the dissemination, an international level of attitude formation should be started, and we should generate demands for the understanding and incorporation of neurodiversity in the work of companies, businesses, HR specialists, and trainers.
