The main objective of the project is to present positive role models, both human and professional sense, to students aged 10-14 (mostly girls). These role models can provide them motivation and inspiration for their further education. These motivators are remarkable female figures from 5 different countries, whose work spans a wide range of disciplines, and who can provide a broad source of inspiration for a target group that is essentially about to choose a school.

We develop an independent mobile app where users can learn about the activities and success stories of outstanding women, selected by partner organisations, through 30 profiles. The content will be developed together within the partnership and translated into the languages of all us. Additionally, a mobile application will contain content, and text, images, sound and animation. It will then be disseminated through the direct communication channels agreed by the partner countries.

The project will increase the number of students and teachers committed to closing the social divide. As well as tackling gender inequalities, the project will also encourage users to take an active role in improving their immediate and wider social environment and help them to approach their school choices with greater confidence and knowledge. The main outcome is to increase empathy and equal opportunities, against all forms of discrimination.
