โ–ถObjectives

By implementing the MOB4ALL project, the partnership aimed to make Erasmus+ experiences more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ trainees by both encouraging their participation and preparing mobility stakeholders to support them. The project assessed the current situation, identified barriers to inclusion, and developed strategies and an action plan to overcome these challenges for all mobility stakeholders and trainees. By raising awareness and proposing practical solutions, MOB4ALL promotes a more equitable and supportive environment, helping ensure that Erasmus+ opportunities are accessible and welcoming to all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

โ–ถImpact

1.Corpus of Quality Documents : A documentary analysis was conducted across partner countries, reviewing high-quality sources (e.g., academic research, NGO studies, journal articles) to understand the perspectives of LGBTQIA+ trainees and key mobility stakeholders. 2. Questionnaire Report: Surveys were distributed in three countries to collect views from LGBTQIA+ trainees and stakeholders. The questionnaire moved from general to specific questions, depending on the respondent. Findings were compiled into a report (in English, Spanish, and Norwegian), which provided direction for the next phase. 3.Focus Group Report: Focus groups gathered input from key mobility stakeholders, discussing challenges, best practices, and recommendations. Findings were compared across partner countries, identifying trends and differences, and used alongside the questionnaire to inform the Action Plan. 3. Action Plan: A comprehensive guide promoting inclusion in Erasmus+ mobility for LGBTQIA+ trainees. It includes insights from the questionnaire (150+ participants) and focus groups (15 attendees), at least 7 identified obstacles to inclusion, 10+ actionable recommendations for stakeholders and 5 good practices to foster inclusive environments.
