From grassroots sport to the professional arena, women and girls experience violence as athletes, coaches, reporters, therapists. FOGES expects to achieve several results: improved gender inclusivity in sports education, heightened awareness of gender disparities, strategies to challenge stereotypes, and a skilled cohort of sports educators promoting diversity, to catalyze a positive shift towards gender equality in the sports domain, fostering a more inclusive and empowering sports culture.
