▶Objectives
SUST_ENT aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the rural areas targeted by the project, in a training programme to implement good sustainability practices and to contribute to the professional development of the entrepreneurial force in rural areas, testing an innovative participative training approach rooted in the territories, making vocational training relevant to the current and future needs of the specific contexts.
▶Activities
The planned activities are: A1- Project management and coordination, to ensure proper project governance. A2- Survey, to sound out SME needs. A3- Training curriculum and capacity building, to train train the trainers. A4- Training programme, to train SMEs in sustainability practices. A5- Study visit and international event, to bring together SMEs from the 3 countries and exchange ideas and future projects to be implemented in their territories and companies.
▶Impact
Among the major results, we will have - improved project and organisational capacities of partners - enhanced skills of LAG trainers in innovative and participative (work-based, project-based) terms - improved and/or new skills acquisition by local entrepreneurs - positive 'cascading' effect on all players in the area - new ideas and projects to be implemented in the territories and companies
