Main Aim: Empower long-term unemployed individuals by boosting self-confidence, motivation, and creativity, facilitating their reintegration into society and the economy. The project aims to help participants overcome barriers, regain self-worth, and pursue employment or self-employment. By equipping them with essential skills, fostering confidence, and addressing psychological barriers, the project aims to create positive changes in their lives, benefiting individuals and the community.
▶Activities
1) Kick-off meeting in Italy. 2) Pre- and post-tests evaluations. 3) International workshops and group sessions for psychological support and addressing trauma and fears in Italy. 4) Online midterm meeting. 5) International entrepreneurship workshops to develop innovative ideas and business acumen in Spain. 6) Digital toolkit with project results and videos with success stories. 7) Final meeting in Lithuania lead by the interactive multiplier event for 30 people from the target groups.
