LOOKING UP aims to improve skills, awareness, civic engagement of small organisations that work in the field of local development (urban and rural) in the framework of ecological transition, SSE and policies that at different levels guide these actions. The project wants to give them an opportunity to look up, to know similar experiences in Europe and to strengthen transnational networks to be more effective then in their local and national actions.
