▶Objectives
The project aimed to: Enhance teachers’ expertise in designing disciplinary and interdisciplinary school guidance activities, also from a gender perspective; Develop teachers’ basic skills in integrating school guidance into their subject teaching, through the implementation of guidance-oriented activities and teaching practices. The indirect specific objectives pursued were: To promote gender equity, in particular by helping girls overcome stereotypes in their choice of study paths; To foster institutional cooperation between schools and training bodies, in order to ensure the sustainability and future development of school guidance programmes; To support students in developping self-awareness, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

2 activities implemented for the achievement of the planned objectives outputs A1 “Curriculum and training materials for teacher upskilling on curricular school guidance” A2 “School Guidance Suite” Development of Curriculum and Teacher Training: Teacher training on active teaching methods and guidance strategies Support for the development of competences and guidance tools School Guidance Suite Plan: Conception and design of the School Guidance Suite -LTTA Development of a guidance model,digital environment,and toolkit for teachers Integration of guidance pathways into Italian-Spanish school curricula Creation and testing of teaching units Pilot implementation -100 students– use of active, learner-centered teaching strategies Evaluation of the effectiveness& impact of the Suite Cooperation agreement for future collaborations A1 Focus on methods and tools for mitigating the educational gender gap through role models and quiz-games to identify students’ inclinations and personality traits, in order to break down stereotypes and stigmas related to learning and foster conscious choices. A2 Application of processes to strengthen students’ competences: decision-making skills, self-determination, and understanding of the future scenario.
▶Impact
Outputs achieved: Report on teachers’ needs in the field of guidance. Suite – Part 1: Online curriculum of 7 units including slides, infographics, videos, and activity suggestions. Suite – Part 2: Section 1: more than 10 multidisciplinary, career-oriented guidance learning scenarios, activities, and assessment rubrics. Section 2: 10 single-subject activities and 7 interdisciplinary ones applied in class, with students’ outputs. RESULTS Web School Guidance Suite including: Training programme for teachers; Model pathways, toolkit with activities and materials; Integration of Guidance into the Curriculum; Content and tools for girls in STEAM pathways; 12 multidisciplinary scenarios, 10 single-subject units, and 7 interdisciplinary ones; Collection of outputs with results of activities carried out by students, replacing the initially planned notebook; Evaluation report; Cooperation agreement among partners; Multiplier events in both Countries. Teachers: strengthened competences in the design and implementation of guidance pathways. Students: increased self-awareness and decision-making skills. The project has fostered innovation in school guidance, offering replicable tools and strategies for other schools, too.
