▶Objectives
The overall aim of the smART project is to increase students' knowledge and understanding of the state constitution, so that they are more aware of the possibilities and ways in which they can contribute to their own country's decision-making and planning activities. The opportunity for cooperation with other countries will make possible an exchange of information with peers of different nationalities on the topic of interest, which is a benefit of the project.
▶Activities
There are 4 activities in the smART project: - Project management and dissemination, transversal actions that will cover the entire project duration. - Development of the project methodology, enabling the use of an artistic approach for teaching constitution and civic education. - Implementation of artistic workshops based on the developed methodology. - Realisation of an artistic exhibition during the students' mobility in Italy.
▶Impact
The results that the smART project intends to achieve are: - collection of information and good practices on constitution teaching in Europe; - development of a methodology integrating the study of the constitution with the artistic approach; - organisation of art workshops in each partner country; - organisation of an artistic exhibition; - production of a video useful to highlight what students have discovered about constitutions and suitable for dissemination.
