Objectives

AIM: Contribute to increasing the capacity of youth professionals to harness the potential of AI for enhancing the quality, attractiveness, and effectiveness of their work. OBJECTIVES: -Identify the competencies needed by youth work professionals to integrate AI into their work; -Equip youth work professionals with training and learning resources to adopt trustworthy AI-powered solutions and foster youth's AI literacy; -Increase youth workers' awareness of the benefits and risks of AI adoption.

Activities

-Development and validation of an AI Competence Framework with and for youth workers through transnational research; -Design, validation and deployment of a digital catalogue of AI learning experiences for youth workers; -Mapping ethical AI-powered solutions for youth work; -Co-design and development of an AI Training Toolkit, piloted through a Training of Trainers; -Communication, dissemination and exploitation actions to inform about the project, promote and enhance the uptake of its results.
