▶Objectives
By organising an international video festival, this project aim at enhancing employability of a group of young people in Italy, Hungary and Belgium, in the cinema and video production labour market. This outcome will be achieved through a specific training and activities increasing participation and involvement of a wider group of youth that will take part into the video projections and debates on the specific issues. This will encourage activation and engagement around issues dear to them.
▶Activities
45 young people from 3 countries work together to realise an international video festival, supported and professionally trained by the project partners through a 7-day in-person and 160-hour online training and tutoring. They organize and implement the festival: video call and selection, organisation of events. During 3 OFF Events, other 300 young people involved select the videos, discuss their topics and collect elements to share with decision makers in an advocacy action (appeal).
▶Impact

Local events involving a broader group of young people, fostering moments of debate and discussion and the construction of an “appeal” made by young people to public decision-makers. Growth in the feeling of protagonism of the young people involved as well as increased employability.
