Launching a pilot phase of an e-learning course, involving youth workers and educators aged 20 and above who have experience working with young individuals with disabilities. Facilitating a co-design process that engages trained youth workers, educators, and professionals from the electronics field to create the Training Format and games for the Web Platform. Testing the Training Format and Web platform, constituting the Blended Programme, in collaboration with adult learners with Down syndrome
