In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, the ability to think critically, solve problems, and work collaboratively are essential skills for aspiring digital entrepreneurs. The "Escape Rooms for Digital Entrepreneurship" project aims to answer these challenges by creating innovative and immersive training resources for educators that foster entrepreneurial thinking, digital literacy, and a better understanding of digital jobs.
▶Activities
All partners will develop a guide on Escape rooms for digital and entrepreneurship skills and create a self-training programme for youngsters. Expert partners will develop a first batch of escape games that will be tested by all, after which all will create a second batch of escape games. They will be tested over 8 months with 425 youngsters and 60 educators and specialists. Supporting workshop activity scenarios will be created. Feedback will be integrated to finalise the results.
▶Impact
The main results will be: - A pedagogical guide on using on escape rooms to develop youths’ digital and entrepreneurship skills - 12 escape game scenarios - A preparatory workshop programme for trainers - A digital skills self-training programme for youngsters - 15 activity sheets for trainers - A field test report on the testing phases involving at least 60 educators and 425 youngsters In terms of impact, this project will develop youngsters’ digital and entrepreneurship skills.
