The main aim of the project was to strengthen teacher's knowledge and necessary skills to teach students about biodiversity conservation at secondary school level. The main objectives of the project were: (i) to conceptualize a methodological approach and to prepare an educational framework for biodiversity teaching at secondary school level by development of the methodological guide, (ii) to develop a teacher training programme which includes theoretical and practical training on biodiversity and ecosystem conservation, (iii) to organize teacher training activity based on the developed program in order to test and validate the outputs created, (iv) to organize a dissemination event with the purpose to share the project results.
