โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed to develop and implement a hybrid training programme to enhance the employability of social science and humanities graduates. Through our pilot course, participants gained expertise in applied anthropology, ethnographic research, and design thinking. The project provided practical experience collaborating with NGOs, where participants worked on pressing societal issues. The goal was to create a scalable and repeatable framework that could be used beyond the project timeline. By combining online and in-person training, the initiative ensured that learning was accessible to a broad audience. The dissemination conference served to showcase outcomes, encouraging further implementation across different regions and academic institutions. The open-access toolkit developed as part of the project will allow other NGOs to benefit from the methodologies and insights gained.
