We want to learn and try out new methods to bring young adults outside of work and studies into a meaningful everyday life. The aim is increased participation and less alienation for the individual, in addition to future savings for society.

Nordre Follo will offer arenas where employees in relevant agencies can learn about the Solna model and gain an insight into the methods which we consider fruitful to transfer to a Norwegian context. We will organize events for local businesses in order to improve the opportunities for match-making between these businesses and people without a job. We will develop better services for people outside work and studies, where they can receive adequat assistance in order to begin working.

We hope to create improved services for young adults who doesn't take part in work or studies. Concretely, this will be be reflected in an increased number of summer jobs, and other job opportunities, and a decrease in young adults not taking part in work or studies.
