▶Objectives
We want to improve competences of adult education staff/professionals (teachers, trainers, coaches, counsellors) for better motivating and preparing migrant learners/clients for democratic awareness, active participation in elections and societies as such. At the same time, we want to engage migrants themselves to become “ambassadors" for others, i.e. act as role models, convey important information and key messages, as well as pass on relevant knowledge and competences to their fellows.

We are going to implement the following activities: A1) Project management and implementation A2) Development of Vote4u Guide for Professionals A3) Vote4u Ambassadors into Action Programme A4) Organisation of Vote4u Final Event
▶Impact
We will develop results for key players (professionals, ambassadors) that these shall use in respective training & communication processes. A new role of adult educators shall be initiated, enabling them to better reach migrant learners & bring together migrant ambassadors with other migrants, making these parties learn from each other, increase mutual understanding & establish increased equality & inclusion via - Vote4U Guide for Professionals - Vote4U Ambassadors into Action Programme
