By implementing the DigiMentor project, we aimed to bridge the gap in digital mentorship for guidance staff working with migrant women. The goal was to ensure that mentors, social workers, and educators could provide effective, accessible, and culturally sensitive support in an increasingly digital world. One key achievement was the creation of an E-Learning Platform, equipping guidance staff with practical digital mentorship skills to enhance their interactions with migrant women. Additionally, we wanted to establish a Peer-Learning Portal, enabling mentors to share experiences, collaborate, and continuously improve their mentorship practices based on real-world challenges. Beyond training individuals, the project sought to build institutional capacity, ensuring that organizations working with migrant women could integrate digital mentorship practices sustainably. Through this initiative, we aimed to improve communication accessibility, empower migrant women with better guidance services, and ultimately promote gender equality by reducing disparities in mentorship access.
