PIL! Crescendo aims to: - Map & research existing gaps, needs & barriers to gender mainstreaming in the youth & music ecosystem in Europe, creating accessible learning resources & databases. - Raise awareness on gender mainstreaming among key stakeholders & young musicians, tackling gender stereotypes, increasing representation & providing role models. - Build the capacities of relevant youth & music professionals to apply the PIL! norm-critical pedagogy & build safer & more inclusive projects.
