The project aims to establish a cooperation between partner libraries to create a permanent network, enabling mutual learning and an exchange of experiences. Partners will be able to share their knowledge about conducting educational classes in libraries in the field of digital technologies, gamification and the use of outdoor activities in informal adult education. The project aims to reduce cultural barriers among people involved in the project.

The project involves organizing librarians’ meetings and mutual webinars on the use of digital technologies in informal adult education. To better establish the aforementioned cooperation, three mobilities will also be organized with partner organizations visiting, and explorinh each other's libraries and cultures, and continue the exchange of experiences and ways of conducting and organizing adult learning activities in libraries.

The results of the project will be the creation of a free publication with good practices of informal adult education in libraries, as well as the organization of 2 classes per library based on new knowledge. Additionaly, employees will deepen and expand their knowledge of conducting classes in informal adult education in libraries and will gain knowledge about the operation of libraries in other EU countries and Poland, their structures, users and their expectations towards the library.
