Our goal is to develop a MODEL OF WORK WITH SENIORS USING THE LOCAL CULTURAL HERITAGE AS A TOOL FOR THEIR ACTIVATION. We want to achieve it by: • Creation of innovative materials for educators working with seniors • Activating seniors, increasing their participation in education and culture • Raising key competences in seniors: personal, social and in terms of learning, awareness and cultural expression • Support for intergenerational dialogue
▶Activities
ACTIVITIES • 4 international meetings of staff and educators working with seniors combined with workshops; • Developing of innovative educational materials in an international team of experts: 20 SCENARIOS OF THE “RE-ANIMATION ACTION” WORKSHOP for seniors, 1 e-book for a trainer, 6 videos; • 6 dissemination workshops for seniors (3 workshops in each country); • 2 local cultural heritage events addressed to local communities.
▶Impact
• Development of educational materials for educators working with seniors. Outputs will support organizations in their activities on a larger scale to include seniors in educational&cultural activities • Increasing participants’ linguistic, intercultural, substantive competences • Increasing potential of partner organizations thanks to the exchange of experiences and new tools for working with seniors • Activation of seniors in local environment • Internationalization of the leader's activities
