The main goal was to improve the skills of educators and support workers who work with adults with disabilities. We wanted to give them practical tools to manage group dynamics, build trust, and support inclusion in daily learning situations. Another important goal was to create and share two useful results: a handbook with tested group work methods ("Guidelines on Group Dynamics") and a podcast series with real stories and tips from professionals. We also aimed to include adults with disabilities directly in the project, giving them a chance to travel, learn, and grow in safe international environments. Finally, we wanted to strengthen cooperation between our organisations and promote Erasmus+ values like inclusion, participation, and equality in adult education.
