โ–ถObjectives

We aimed to raise awareness among students and teachers about carbon footprints and environmental protection, and to enable them to actively explore and implement ways to reduce their carbon footprint. We planned to motivate students to adopt conscious consumption habits and raise their awareness of healthy food and global challenges such as global warming, climate change and pollution. We aimed to increase students' and teachers' awareness of intercultural diversity within shared European values. We planned to develop language and digital skills and increase interpersonal skills and confidence among all project participants. We provided opportunities for professional development for teachers, equipping them with knowledge and tools aimed at integrating carbon footprint-related content into existing curricula. The project aimed to bring schools and non-governmental organisations together by directly involving teachers, NGO staff, pupils and parents in order to achieve the set objectives.
