▶Objectives
Within the framework of the project, the key objective was to improve students’ multilingual competences, in particular by developing their knowledge of German as a second foreign language and by applying innovative teaching methods based on robotics. The project focused on using robotics as a tool to support German language learning. This approach stemmed from the belief that effective foreign language acquisition requires not only appropriate content and teaching methods, but above all an engaging form that actively involves students. Lessons built around robotics combined language learning with the development of technical skills and teamwork. As a result, the process of language acquisition was natural and took place through action, play, and practical problem-solving. A crucial element of the project was cooperation with German-speaking schools in Germany and Austria. Students had the opportunity to engage with authentic language and culture, which helped them better understand the practical importance of learning German. Another important goal of the project was to increase the number of students taking Goethe-Institut certification exams.
