▶Objectives
The main goal of the project is to create new diagnostic tools and organizational solutions for career advisors in the field of building the career of people at risk of exclusion (NEET). As part of the project, an online tool, Career eMerge, and a Mentoring Program for career advisors in the field of NEET professional activation will be developed. The implementation of the project will also result in the institutional development of both partners in the context of vocational education.
▶Activities
The planned activities will be undertaken in mutual transnational cooperation of two organizations, WIR and AESS, and will include: 1. Working groups in Poland and Portugal. 2. Development of an Individual Action Plan in online form - Career eMerge tools. 3. Development of a Mentoring Program for career advisors in the field of NEET professional activation. 4. Testing and dissemination of results. Additionally, during the project, a social campaign regarding gender equality will be carried out.
▶Impact
The project's assumptions will allow the development of an innovative Career eMerge tool - an Individual Action Plan profiled in the context of people at risk of exclusion (NEET) and a Mentoring Program for career advisors in the field of professional activation of NEET. Partner institutions will create a School of Career Counseling Trainers. The project will be implemented with a partner from Portugal, which will ensure effective and efficient achievement of the project's goals and objectives
