EXIL is to improve the integration of refugee students in EU HEIs. Its specific objectives are: - To understand the needs and constraints of refugee students; - To document and disseminate best practices implemented by EU universities when welcoming them; - To help EU HEIs to adapt their pedagogy; - To help EU HEIs to provide adequate support and accompaniment; - To raise awareness and continue the discussion in the EU regarding the role of HEIs during humanitarian crisis.
