The TransLeader project aims to support the Universities of Ukraine by bringing together higher education institutions and businesses in a single knowledge transfer network, via: a) Сupporting Ukraine in restructuring and rebuilding its higher education system b) Improve the skills of teaching staff in the field of AI and IoT c) Create a sustainable knowledge transfer model; d) Build an ecosystem of key partners ; e) Collaborative work between universities and enterprises;

The TransLeader project includes activities focused on: 1. HEI trainers 2. Undergraduate and postgraduate students 3. Business managers Furthermore, the project involves the organization of multiplier events, for the dissemination the result of the project work packages. Public authorities, NGOs, regional bodies, and professional organizations can utilize the project outputs to mitigate unemployment issues and boost AI related skills in an effort to increase the competitiveness of local business

The TransLeader project includes activities focused on: 1. Trainers from universities 2. Students and doctoral students 3. Business managers In addition, the project includes the organization of multiplication events to disseminate the results. Public authorities, companies, etc. can use the results of the project to increase the competitiveness of local businesses.
