▶Objectives
We aim to equip VET trainers and organisations with tools, resources and methodology to develop their trainers' ability to integrate the use of AI tools into their training practice. In the end, it will allow professionals in the Creative and Cultural Industries (in training in initial VET or active in continuous VET) to understand the challenges and opportunities related to AI in the CCIs and to make their job resilient to today and tomorrow's labour market.
▶Activities
The creation of a guide on AI challenges and opportunities in the CCIs will identify relevant training goals in relevant VET. Then, partners will create 30 toolsheets on AI-based tools for the CCIs and workflow examples integrating them, to move on to designing elearning experience in 5 art domains. These will be tested with 60 trainers and 240 learners, while partners create a career and entrepreneurship handbook and a training guide to integrate results into VET curricula.
▶Impact
In addition, the following impacts are expected: - Increased digital skills for VET trainers, learners and CCI professionals - Increased understanding of AI challenges and opportunities in the CCIs - Increased ability to adapt training resources and tools to learners with SLDs - Better integration and resilience of learners in today and tomorrow’s labour market - CPD resources for CCI VET trainers and CCI professionals in C-VET - Maintaining relevance and attractiveness of VET.
