O1.Exchange of knowledge on how to be of better service for the UFM collective members and the youth workers that work with them in the non-formal and informal education sector. ▶Activities
-2 Study Visits (in Poland and in Italy) and 1 Course in Spain to share our experience in receiving and supporting UFM -TEENS development to foster creation of a good support environment for UFM, documented in an interactive book. The book will be tested during the Test Workshops by underprivileged youth -Multiplier events in Poland, Italy and Spain -Implementing a Dissemination Strategy containing Internal Workshops, Consultation Period and Dissemination Campaign to increase the project’s scope
▶Impact
Youth workers will strengthen competences in including UFM and other disadvantaged youth through work with human rights, sustainable development strategies, arts and cultural heritage, and emotional management. UFM and young people will become more resistant to stressors and learn to initiate the process of transforming difficult events while waiting for specialist intervention. Target groups familiar with the interactive book will benefit from its innovative approach to working with UFM.
