▶Objectives
The FormaRural project had the general objective of "Training Cultural Actors linked to local cultural heritage (craftsmanship, gastronomy, art, among others) in resources that strengthen their entrepreneurial capacity," considering that the majority of the target audience was in an advanced age group and in a high-risk geographical area, both factors making it difficult for them to access knowledge and education in this area. To achieve the proposed general objective, the following specific objectives were established: 1. Develop digital skills for local cultural actors. 2. Develop marketing skills for local cultural actors. 3. Strengthen the autonomy of local cultural actors. 4. Strengthen relationships and the networking network among local cultural actors. 5. Share experiences with partner organizations at a transnational level. 6. Disseminate the project results at local, national, and international levels.
▶Activities
The activities implemented were: 1. 3 Transnational Meetings (1 in person and 2 online) 2. Elaboration of Pedagogic Material 3. 6 Training Sessions in each country 4. Organization and implementation of a Fair in each country
▶Impact
Throughout the Project, various achievements were reached, and results of different kinds were generated, which enabled the attainment of the specific objectives and, consequently, the overarching objective established from the beginning. Considering the above, both quantitative and qualitative achievements and results were obtained. Accordingly, the main quantitative results achieved were as follows: 1. 16 Training Sessions attendances: 143+ (OE1 2, 3 & 4) 2. 4 Local Fairs attendances: 287+ (OE3, 4, 6) 3. 3 Transnational Meetings (OE5) Additionally, the following outputs were generated: 1. Elaboration of 6 Pedagogical Materials, collected into one document. 2. Webpage hosted in the coordinator website.
