Objectives

Youngsters are being exposed to an unprecedented amount of harmful digital trends and practices, which are influencing their eating habits and physical and mental health. In the current society, most of youngsters do not realize the negative impact of the bad use of digital devices, as some actions are totally normalized. The project's primary aim is to address the poor eating habits that youngsters develop as a result of their involvement in technology.

Activities

We will organize different activities for the creation of a learning platform. The special difficulties the digital age presents for the nutritional wellbeing of our younger generations will be acknowledged by this project. Through this platform, we expect to offer a setting where youth workers, young people and other organizations can identify, prevent and address malnutrition. The platform will be nationally and internationally recognized through our dissemination campaign.

Impact

A better lifestyle will result from increased awareness of good eating practices and interactions in the real world among young learners and youth workers. They will support one another and share the platform to their neighborhoods, encouraging a culture of health and happiness. Young learners will become active agents of change by actively addressing their malnutrition, benefiting not just themselves but also their peers and society.
