▶Objectives
With the implementation of this project, we aimed to achieve three main objectives: 1. To empower TJs with innovative methodologies and practical tools, strengthening their skills in youth entrepreneurship, networking, and intervention with diverse audiences—especially young people with fewer opportunities. We believed that better-prepared professionals generate a more lasting impact; 2. Promote the development of key skills in JP, based on the EntreComp framework, enhancing critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and the ability to turn ideas into action. We wanted young people to see themselves as agents of change in their communities; 3. Create useful, replicable, and sustainable results, such as the Booklet, the Methodological Manual, mentoring actions and workshops, team challenges, and idea labs, ensuring that the resources produced could be used by other organizations, multiplying the impact beyond the partners. Ultimately, we wanted to build bridges between talent and opportunity, between ideas and action.
▶Activities
Throughout the project, we implemented a coordinated set of activities organized into four Work Packages: WP1–PROJECT MANAGEMENT: consisting of local technical meetings; 1st TM; Monitoring and evaluation activities, which promoted continuous coordination, progress and quality assessment, financial and data control, ensuring effective implementation in line with the objectives; WP2–Youth work Capacity building & Project result: consisting of YW Capacity Building – Educate for entrepreneurship; the TW meeting – Methodological review, and intervision and collaborative online work sessions, through the YW Virtual Sharing Platform, as well as the shared production of the Methodological Manual on youth entrepreneurship; WP3–Youth Competences development: we promoted Local activities based on ENF, with mentoring and practical challenges, culminating in public presentations with external juries and YE– Diving into the SDGs & European trends, to empower young people. WP4–Dissemination & sustainability: included digital communication strategies, dissemination events, and the 3rd TM, ensuring visibility, continuity, and reuse of results. These activities actively involved technicians, young people, and stakeholders, promoting local impact.
▶Impact
1. Youth Entrepreneurship Methodology Manual: a practical, collaborative, and multilingual resource designed by TJ, with methodologies, tools, and examples applicable in diverse contexts. 2. Booklet: a complementary resource in digital format that documents, in a clear and accessible way, all the key stages of the project, from conception to implementation, allowing an understanding of its line of action, objectives, methodologies, and impact. 3. TJ Training: strengthening skills in non-formal methodologies, project management, and support for youth entrepreneurship, promoting innovation and lasting impact in organizations. 4. JP Skills Development: young people acquired key skills (critical thinking, creativity, initiative, teamwork) aligned with EntreComp through practical experiences, mentoring, and real challenges. 5. Dissemination and Community Engagement Events: local seminars, public pitches, digital communication, and a transnational closing meeting ensured the recognition and replicability of the results.
