Objectives

The development of pedagogical skills for the trainers from the organizations involved in the project, in order to actively promote social inclusion and increase the civic participation of vulnerable young women from the communities of the organizations in the 4 partner countries through the exchange of good practices.Through an intergenerational exchange of experiences we will contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge and skills for both young and senior women.

Activities

We proposed several WPs to achieve the goals. The main way is LTTA, and in the project they are organized in each partner organization. The target groups are diverse, from different backgrounds, with different needs, which adds value to learning because each partner. We paid special attention to the Management and implementation of the project, but also to the final dissemination through an international Conference.
