โถObjectives
1. Training of 6 adults from all 3 partner organisations involved, through 2 transnational trainings. These people then engaged in knowledge exchange, skills development and capacity building activities related to healthy eating and stress management for people 50+. 2. Organization of a minimum of 10 seminars open to a wide range of participants (educators, stakeholders, people 50+). We aimed for these seminars to attract a minimum of 20 participants from Romania, Cyprus and Poland. Benefits for seminar participants: - learned about best practices regarding healthy ageing and stress management, which can improve their well-being and quality of life; - came into contact with people with similar concerns, which facilitates their learning process and exchange of good practices; 3. Organizing activities for online audiences: We carried out online dissemination activities, including websites, social networks, newsletters, EPALE posts, emails, to make information accessible to a global online audience interested in adult education and healthy aging.
