Objective 1: Boost the ability of SMEs in manufacturing to support employees with disabilities via digital tools for different kinds of disabilities. This will be achieved via 3 work based learning sessions & teaching factories in which partners will demonstrate digital solutions for supporting people with disabilities and will train SME managers on how to use them, while also piloting the solutions. Objective 2: Increase the flexibility of opportunities in vocational education and training by providing access to education to people with disabilities. This is to be done by certifying 100+ learners via micro-credentials, and delivering educational materials that include 50 pages of content, technology demonstration video resources, 50 power point slides in the form of Training materials, and 80 multiple choice questions (divided by Modules) for knowledge assessment and certification purposes. Objective 3: Develop 3 policy briefings (on better supporting employees with disabilities in manufacturing) and organise 3 policy roundtables with local authorities in charge of employment, social services and tech in order to commit them to supporting access to technologies for supporting employees with disabilities in manufacturing SMEs.

Under Activity 1: 1.1 Developed a training package for SMEs on disability support tech, following the set topics. 1.2. Created microcredentials with Europass setup with: The possibility to scale the competence units to correspond to 1 ECVET credit (requiring a total of 26h of direct training & learning effort) and the set level of the course should be at ETF5 in order to provide easy transition (transferability) to higher education (if needed). 1.3. Conduct the SME training for at least 100 employees from manufacturing from their ecosystem, whereas INTELIFORM trained their in-house employees and other partners reached the SMEs from their existing networks. Under Activities 2,3 & 4: Implemented work-based learning pilots in Romania, Serbia and Greece: Each partner has delivered the training to employees, with enough time left for self-assessment and learning. After the pilots, the quality assessment was done in order to analyse training content and receive data for its improvement. Under Activity 5: 5.1. Creation of policy recommendations for each country in order to deliver them. 5.2. Delivery of developed recommendations to relevant stakeholders in each country with the aim of furthering the influence of the project's aim.

Under Activity 1: 1.1 One SME manager toolkit (86 pages, 5 videos, 63 slides) translated in Romanian, Serbian and Greece. 1.2. One micro-credential award system (Europass enabled, consisting of 80 multiple choice questions divided by unit (20 per each)). 1.3. 122 learners certified with micro-credentials. Under Activities 2,3 & 4: 1: 3 work-based pilots with 100 participants in Timisoara, Belgrade and Thessaloniki. 2: 52 responses (feedback) on improving the curriculum delivered . 3: Obtained 3 support letters and statements on stakeholders who adopted the training methods of ENABLE within their ecosystems, amounting to a number 37 SMEs engaged throughout the project's lifetime. Under Activity 5: 5.1. Researched and penned 3 policy recommendations for Romania, Serbia and Greece consisting of 19 pages combined. 5.2. Delivered 3 policy recommendations as a roundtable discussions, to a total of 15 individuals from each country. Dissemination: 6. Created a Stakeholder Matrix document containing the intentions of 40 institutions to further the aim of ENABLE. 7. Achieved 7300 website hits and reached 72506 people on social media. 8. Obtained grants through Weldify Inno alliance (1.5mil) & Weldnet COVE (3.5mil) that will extend ENABLE
