By implementing the project, we aimed to achieve the following objectives: 1. Developing students’ socio-professional competences in the agriculture field (livestock/veterinary and horticulture specializations) within a European working context. 2. Improving students’ adapting skills to the requirements and changes of the educational and professional environment. 3. Promoting segregation in schools and equal chances in education for all students. 4. Assuring a personalized training programme focusing on students’ skills and needs.

The central activity was the mobility of a group of 11th grade students from CNAE, consisting of 6 typical students, from the horticultural and veterinary technician specializations and 2 students with Special Educational Needs, to Portugal, in order to carry out a 3-week practical training internship at the Alto da Guerra teaching farm. The theoretical and practical acquisitions acquired constituted the foundation of all other planned activities. At the beginning, there were carried out activities for the coherent and scientific valorization and systematization of the training experience, specialized on 3 categories of information: professional development, interpersonal relations, and culture and civilization. Subsequently, the dissemination activities turned into a constructive dialogue with all target groups identified as potential beneficiaries of the project, starting with the beneficiaries and staff of the 3 partner institutions involved in the project, continuing with the professionals specialized in practical training and the agriculture field, the specialists in the integration of people with disabilities into the labor market and the specialists in European culture and civilization from the local community.

The results recorded through the implementation of the project were of 2 types: intangible and tangible. The intangible results are quantified in the knowledge acquired, the socio-professional skills developed, and the improved attitudes. The tangible results are the digital materials developed based on the reports, the evidence files and the training experience accumulated/developed during the mobility in Portugal. These were organized in the 3 categories of information targeted as priorities: professional development, interpersonal relations and culture and civilization and adapted to the level of understanding and training of the target audience: trainers and trainees.
