Objectives: To enhance the expertise of at least 15 professionals across three European countries in employing tailored expressive art-based techniques for youths with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDs). Within 24 months, we aim to positively impact at least 21 young individuals, through pilot activities, improving their social engagement and emotional well-being. Additionally, we'll produce an Electronic Guide to aid organizations in implementing these interventions successfully.
▶Activities
In addition to management, dissemination and quality assurance activities, the project will implement research existing art-based interventions, draft and finalize a curriculum. Also, it will conduct a staff training event; implement and assess pilot interventions for young people with NDs; conduct needs assessment through field/desk research, develop and finalize an eGuide on art therapy for NDs, ensuring it's translated in four European languages (including English) for wider reach.
