Our primary objective is to empower 420 youth across Romania, Hungary, and Cyprus, emphasizing inclusion of marginalized groups, through structured debate and civic education. We aim to nurture proactive debate culture, enhance understanding of participatory democracy, and promote active citizen engagement in socially polarizing topics.
▶Activities
Through capacitation workshops in debate methodology and civic engagement mechanisms, we'll empower volunteer networks of partner organizations to support a thriving network of 21 debate clubs across three countries, acting as a catalyst for youth-led activism and advocacy. Our goal is to reinvigorate the public sphere by facilitating many youth engagements during debate competitions, youth forums, and advocacy events, where debate serves as a potent tool to bridge societal polarization.

The project pioneers an innovative blend of civic education and debate methodology, bolstering political participation and deepening understanding of the democratic workings of our societies. By empowering youth with transversal skills in oratory, argumentation, and critical thinking, we aim to build bridges, combat societal divides, and foster cohesive communities.
